Employer Schedule of Events

Please sign in at the employer registration table located at the main entrance. The career services staff from each institution will be available to answer questions.

10 - 11:30 a.m. Employers Registration
St. Ambrose University, Rogalski Center
Student assistance is available to carry in and set up display materials. The tables are arranged in alphabetical order with a few exceptions for electrical needs. A sign on each table will identify the employer's name. You are welcome to use your own signage.

11 a.m. Lunch
A buffet lunch from 11:00 a.m. - noon. The meal includes soup, wraps, chips, fruit, and vegetables. In addition, light snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the afternoon.

Noon-4 p.m. Fair Session
Students and alumni circulate among the tables.

4 p.m. Employers Dismantle Displays
Some student assistance will be available. It is very important to stay until the end of the fair as some students have class until 3 p.m. and will not arrive at the fair until 3:30 p.m.

Interview Day
Augustana College, Sorensen Hall
Interview times determined during the fair session on Tuesday.
