Tips for Promoting your Organization

Our goal is to help you reach as many students/alumni as possible during the ProFair. Here are some tips to increase student participation with your organization:

• Purchase an ad in the student newspapers and receive a discount. To place an ad in The Buzz, St. Ambrose's newspaper, call (563) 333-6101. Contact Augustana's student newspaper, The Observer, at (309) 794-7484.
  
  
• Post your open positions on the schools' career management sites:
  Augustana: Augie Hub
  St. Ambrose: Bee Careers
  
  
• Send your business video to the career centers. Contact Angela Wolfe (SAU) or Johnna Adam (Augustana) if you are interested.
  
  
• Send postcards with current opening information inviting students to visit your booth (approximately 2500 postcards per school).
  
  
• Provide items such as t-shirts, bags, caps, etc., for student raffle. Bring your items the day of the fair.
